MCC requires that each consultant successfully complete a rigorous screening process before they are extended a job offer.
MCC requires the following:

Qualifications:
• 3 years minimum solid working experience, 5 years preferred.
• 4 year college degree in Computer or Electrical engineering.
• 70% fluent English.

Applicants will be required to take a Brainbench exam on www.brainbench.com in their technologies of expertise.

Applicants will have an oral interview, either via phone or in person, to evaluate interviewing skills, English competency, and consulting ability.

Successful candidates will be extended a job offer. At this point, the consultants are not asked to resign from their current employers or relocate to the United States; however, MCC will file their TN visas in anticipation of relocating to the U.S. in the near future.

Once an offer is extended, MCC will begin marketing consultants to potential clients in the U.S. consultants will be required to have several phone interviews with prospective employers. If a candidate’s English skills are not highly fluent, we recommend enrollment in a conversational English class or at least practice as much as possible. A candidate can expect up to 10 or more phone interviews. After a successful phone screen, prospective clients will likely fly a candidate to the states for an in person interview before the finalization of a consulting assigment.
Upon successful interviewing and placement into an end client, consultant’s salary with MCC will commence the day he or she begins their assignment in the U.S.
